Fourth Annual Non-Prolific Writers Tournament: Nominations

Hey guys, and welcome aboard the USS Fourth Annual Non-Prolific Writers Tournament. I am your captain, Homest- Take 26 (brownie if you catch the reference) Anyway, we're doing another non-prolific tourney this year. Yami will be my assistant on it, as he was last year, as I will be gone for two weeks in June. Anyway, it's basically the same as the last couple of times. I'll explain the rules more once we get our nominations, but the number of nominations will be a determining factor in the number of people in the tournament - we'll have either 32 or 64. The goal is simple - vote for the author in a given matchup who you think is superior. May the best non-prolific author win. Obviously we can't use every single non-prolific author on the site, so we need you to nominate some. As for the rules to this topic (please read before nominating): 1.) No prolifics! This should seriously go without saying, but it is a non-prolific tourney; however, prolific has two definitions now, and there are some authors who are prolific in one sense without being prolific in the other. So here's the deal. You can nominate authors who have 30+ FAQs (who are on a prolific list), but you can't nominate authors who have written 4MB+. 2.) Only nominate three authors. You can nominate up to three, but no more than three. 3.) Please provide the CRP of the author. To make this task easier for you, here's a basic nomination form: 1.) Author: CRP: 2.) Author: CRP: 3.) Author: CRP: 4.) Maps aren't judged. You know I love you, Mike, but this contest is going to be based solely on the FAQs. Keep this in mind when you nominate. 5.) It's just for fun. These always turn into popularity contests, but remember, there's no prize. You get some transient glory if you win, but that's it. So be honest. Voting will close on May 10 (though this is subject to change - if we have a lot of nominations, we may close early). On May 14, I'll post the rules and the bracket. Mike: Haha, I'm glad there are no hard feelings. But a lot of times, if
an author has one really good work, that author will do well (I'm not
saying your WL4 is your only good work; I'm just saying that generally,
we're smart enough to go for quality > quantity), so don't sweat it. And although I guess you can self-nominate, it's just not nice. It was hard for me to nominate. I don't know of very many non-prolific
writers that don't have about 100 KB, which really isn't enough for me
