Topic: Regarding your gamefaqs contribution(s)

Dear contributer, as you probably know by now,
gamefaqs has merged with gamespot despite what cjayc
has promised us. Furthermore there is talk of many
other bad things happening to gamefaqs. I urge you to
pull out all your contributions until cjayc reverses
this, please help gamefaqs become the glorious site it
once was.

Yup, I got one, just ignore it because even if we do remove them, it would go against why we wrote guides to begin with, to help your everyday gamer.

I deleted it after I got it. If someone has a problem with the site, it's better to express it to CJayC than to pull a few files.

Heh, yeah, I got one too. At least this guy's actually taking some initiative and doing something rather than just posting worthless complaints and stuff. I suppose he deserves at least a little props for that.

I haven't received one. I guess old games aren't worth pulling or something =).

It's kind of foolish, it's a drop in a lake without a ripple.

If I get one, I'll say 'Sure! I agree with your plan' to fool them into thinking their attempts are actually working.

Regardless of what you all think, it really is one of the bestways on this site to get a point across. Not that I agree with it, as I am kinda impartial to one side on this new issue. But if I really wanted to change the site, trying to get people to pull their contributions would be the first thing I would try.

Seriously, these tools need to get over this. All the content on this site is EXACTLY THE SAME as it was before. Who cares about cosmetic changes. That is like lipstick on a hog as far as I am concerned. The meat of the site has always been the FAQs and as far as I can tell, they are all still accessible. Freakin' panty wastes.

I hate the new layout as much as everyone else, but I think its a bit premature to start with the pulling of contributions.

Give them awhile to see if something better can be worked out before acting out. Hopefully they'll get the old standard back.

I'm well aware that I replied to all, I don't mean to clutter anyone's inbox, but I must say that I do disagree with all these crazy schemes based solely on changes that don't really make any difference. That one in 2004 that got rid of classic view was much more annoying, but even still... the FAQs are just the same as they've always been.

Seriously. This attempt would have more traction if the changes actually affected contributions. If that happens, then I would be more apt to listen and support what the email proposes.
