Welcome to the Championship matches of the 2nd
Annual Non-Prolific FAQ Writers tournament. The original contestant
pool has been narrowed down to the final 20, comprised of 4 Division
champs and 4 Wild Card winners from each division. This final pool
of contenders will compete for the coveted Slaughter Bowl (awarded to
the only undefeated writer), as well as the FAQ Bowl (awarded to the
wild card champion).
The first two rounds of the Championship match-ups will narrow the
pool of Wild Card contestants down to 4. At this point, the division
champs will begin facing off for the Slaughter Bowl while the wild
card contestants fight for the FAQ Bowl. The losers of first
Slaughter Bowl round get bumped down to FAQ Bowl bracket, where they
will compete with the remaining wild card winners for an envious
spot in the FAQ Bowl finals. The ultimate round will crown the
Slaughter Bowl and FAQ Champions and runner-ups, capping off a
tremendous end to this year's tournament.
All matches for the remainder of the tournament is huge, so each and
every vote is important. Please remember that the voting is based solely
on the authors submitted guide for the tournament. A listing of all
remaining writers and their submitted guides can be found below.
Good luck to all the contestants, and may the best FAQ author
prevail!

The first leg of the Championship Round starts with a match-up of
all 16 Wild Card winners. The division champions get a two round bye
as these FAQ Bowl contenders narrow the pool to the final 4
contestants. This round marks the first interdivisional match-ups
in the tournament. Northern division contestants square off
against the South, while East tackles West. Each bout looks to be
extremely close, as the FAQ pool is already narrowed down to the
most talented writers of the lot. Each match-up is also single
elimination, so every vote counts. Please be sure to support the
authors by voting for their guides here and rating them on the site.
Also keep in mind,
once again, that
the voting is based solely on the author's submitted guide for the
tournament, and this list can be found on the list
