K, spoilers I guess.
Superman is overpowered, Batman has punched him but realistically if he punched him he probably wouldn't have a hand left. BatMan is a peak human with a huge mastery of the martial arts, but SuperMan is one of the most powerful forces on Earth - who doesn't even need to engage BatMan in melee to freeze or melt him.
The only thing that will hold SuperMan back is his moral compass. Infinite Crisis (spoilers) issue 4 saw an out of control, younger version of SuperMan literally carry heads off their shoulders. In other words a loss of control kills.
If BatMan had the time to prepare and the fortune to catch SuperMan unawares, yes he could win. But if they're caught in a fight on any normal day, SuperMan _could_ make him a grease spot on the ground. He's just too much of a "boyscout."
