That kind of stuff will not be tolerated, so if you're upset that you got warned, you have no one to blame but yourself. | Well Devin, you know how LUE is... maybe only a few people saw it, and then too many people just posted in a bunch of regular topics like "OMG I PWNED MY SISTER TODAY LOL", and then the topic was lost in the regular flow of topics. | LUE doesn't get off nearly as bad as any other board on GameFAQs does. For example, if you asked someone somewhere the question, "You bought an N-Gage, didn't you?", it's safe to say you'd likely be modded. LUE is the only board in which fads like this don't pass, but as for linking to CJayC's topic, I believe that it does indeed fall under the category of trolling/disruptive/invasion. | I think you guys are being a bit harsh. Yeah, a lot of people posting just to say hi to CJayC is a bit annoying, but it's not as ghastly as many of you make it out to be. What's wrong with addressing CJayC directly? Generally when someone makes a point, I address them directly no matter who they are. Just because someone addresses CJayC, they're not sucking up. A lot of people point out that CJayC is probably annoyed by all of the people who clammor into every post he makes just to say "Hi". What about all the people who come to vehemently defend him every damn time? For every person saying "Hi" there's another person jabbering about how he's just human and we all need to leave him alone. Ever think that an entourage might be annoying too? Privatizing the board seems awfully elitist. So there are some weird posts whenever CJayC posts, get over it. CJayC knows how to deal with that crap on his own. Closing the board to all of the people who genuinely come to see what other FAQers are up to isn't any more right. Also, what's all this "I haven't seen you post before! Get out you brown-noser!" BS? So all of the "veterans" here have a master list of everyone who posts here? How long before I can expect mine? I've been coming to this board regularly for a couple of months now but I don't post a lot. But when you get 50 LUEsers coming in and saying, "OMGWTFLOLBBQ SAUCE I POST IN TEH SEEJ TOPIC!" that's flooding the boards. We don't need this board flooded, they can go to the MBA board and do that. The people got what they deserved.
