Sounds reasonable to me. Unless you are working in the kitchen of some fast food restaurant I'm sure faded clothing wouldn't give a company the type of image thay desire.

They're not really faded at all, they're just not DARK black pants, but they're originally not intended to be DARK black.

Two other people had similar pants on various days and weren't sent home. I plan on filing a complaint if I get fired over this.

Uniform is uniform. If you're supposed to wear dark black pants, you have no excuse for not wearing them. They've got every right to send you home, it's been done to me before (stupid new manager didn't like my old dress style >_>)

1) There's no written or unwritten rule that says you have to wear dark black pants.

2) As previously stated, this is not the first time someone hasn't worn DARK black pants, and no one else had ever been sent home before for it.

I can see if I wore white pants, but 95 percent dark black pants? Just ain't cutting it. And she didn't even let me go home and get changed, she just told me to go home like I intentionally broke the rule or something.
