I’ve agreed to run the London Marathon. All 26.3 miles of it. It’s a bit foolish of me really, but the good part is that I’m doing it for Save The Rhino, a charity that helps conserve endangered rhino species in Africa and Asia.

I wanted to support a deserving charity that would really benefit from any donations I can help raise. Despite having only five full time members of staff in the UK, it supports 15 conservation projects worldwide, and currently protects 126,000 km² of land in Africa to help keep the black rhino (of which only 4,240 remain) and other species from going extinct. For a charity of its size, it’s does an awful lot.

Any donation you can give – even just a few quid – would not only be a huge help towards paying my way for a marathon place, but will do a lot of good for charity as well.
